If you accept a place on a program, the relationship between you and the IOM will be governed by the rules and regulations for students, which include the Student Agreement. The student has to follow the rules and regulations formulated by the IOM and student is responsible for any consequences in case they fail to comply with the rules.

While the IOMtakes every care to send the material wherever required by courier, it shall not be responsible for the non-delivery or delayed delivery of the same either for the courier/postal lapse or because of change in the contact address of the student or for any other reason.

Prospective candidates should note that, in the event of any circumstance occurring, the IOMcannot accept liability for any complaints or claims for costs, losses or damages made by a student resulting from a service disruption or closure, or any change to, or withdrawal of, a program/ module that he/ she had intended to study, or the addition of a new program.
